About the Product

How do I take Relief?

Take two capsules once daily with water. Relief can be taken with or without food. For best results, take it consistently each day.

How long do I need to take Relief to experience results?

Relief is designed to support your body over time. As every cycle is different, we recommend taking Relief consistently for three months before assessing its effects.

What ingredients are in Relief?

Relief contains a blend of plant-based and herbal ingredients traditionally used in Western and Chinese medicine, including Angelica Polymorpha (Dong Quai), Curcuma Longa (Turmeric), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger), Panax Notoginseng, Camellia Sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, Melissa Officinalis (Lemon balm), and Quercetin.

Each ingredient is included at a therapeutic dosage to support menstrual comfort, digestive wellbeing, antioxidant protection, reduction in inflammation, and emotional balance.

Is Relief vegan? Allergen-free?

Yes. Relief is vegan and free from common allergens, including gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, and nuts.

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis and/or Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

Is Relief suitable for teens?

Relief is suitable for individuals aged 12 and up. For younger users, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

For specific medication concerns, please speak with your healthcare provider.

Can I take Relief if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive, please consult a healthcare professional before using Relief.

Menstrual and Cycle Support

Why should I take Relief daily if it's for period support?

The menstrual cycle involves hormonal and physical changes throughout the month, not just during your period. Relief is designed to provide ongoing support across all cycle phases, using ingredients traditionally used to ease cramping, bloating, inflammation, and emotional tension.

Can I take Relief if my cycle is irregular or inconsistent?

Yes, Relief can be taken even if your cycle varies. If you have concerns about irregular periods, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

Why do periods hurt?

Many people experience abdominal or lower back discomfort during menstruation. This is commonly due to the uterus contracting to help shed its lining, a process known as dysmenorrhoea. For some, the discomfort may be mild, while for others it can impact daily life. If symptoms are severe or persistent, it’s best to speak with your healthcare provider.

Why do I have menstrual pain with no period?

Menstrual-like discomfort without bleeding may be related to hormonal shifts, ovulation, or other natural changes in the body. Occasional cramping outside your period isn’t unusual, but ongoing or unexplained pain should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

What causes an irregular menstrual cycle?

Menstrual cycles can change due to factors like stress, diet, exercise, travel, and age. Irregularity is also common during puberty and perimenopause. If your cycle becomes consistently irregular or causes concern, it’s best to consult a health practitioner.

Can I take Relief during perimenopause or menopause?

Relief is formulated to support general menstrual comfort. Many of the ingredients in Relief have also been traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine to support symptoms associated with menopause and perimenopause. These may include hot flushes, mood swings, hormonal imbalance and sleep disturbances. For personalised advice, please speak to your health care practitioner.
