Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To start the return process, please email us at cintalabs@outlook.com with your order details. Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and the seal intact. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it, and if it meets the return conditions, a full refund will be issued (minus any shipping costs incurred).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to ensure they are not damaged while in your care or during transit. We strongly recommend using an insured or registered postal service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
